You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days
of your purchase.

Digital purchases on this site are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of
record, and refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method in
accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy.

To request a refund, either:

• use the link in the receipt email you received from Paddle at purchase, or
  visit paddle.net;
  or
• email us at support@smartstarsprep.com and we will take
  care of it.

If a file is defective or fails to download, contact us and we will replace
it or refund you in full. If you purchased the wrong state, grade, or subject,
contact us — we’re glad to help you get the right edition.

Print editions purchased on Amazon are covered by Amazon’s own return policy
and are handled through your Amazon account.
