Ohio’s State Tests (OST) are the tests the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce gives to students statewide, delivered online through Cambium Assessment. Unlike an adaptive test, the OST is a fixed-form test (every student sees the same questions) and the spring administration is the one that counts toward grade-level results. The Grade 3 math test uses no calculator, and it blends single-answer multiple choice with multiple-select (“select the two”), type-in/equation answers, two-part questions, and figure-based items. Each practice test here follows that same shape (53 questions per test, 265 across the book) to build true test-day endurance.
